Sandy Armstrong Bsc Nut Med. Dip HE [Nursing]. Dip HM [Inst NH], BANT

Sandy worked in the NHS and the Armed Forces in both Britain and abroad and has practised as a nurse and midwife for 20 years.

The successful home management of her two sons (who have an Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Epilepsy) through dietary measures led her towards the study of Nutritional Medicine and Herbalism.
She has since successfully treated various medical conditions and disorders alongside Sandy's particular interest in neurological conditions.

Sandy is a registered member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT)
